How do I claim my reward?

Once you have chosen your preferred offer via Aviva Wellbeing, you will receive an email shortly detailing how to redeem your chosen reward.

I have claimed my reward, however I want to change it?

Unfortunately, in line with the terms and conditions, once you’ve made your offer selection it isn’t possible to change your chosen reward.

I haven’t received my how to claim my reward email?

You'll receive an email shortly after choosing your reward via Aviva Wellbeing.

Please check your junk/spam file to ensure its not in there and ensure that the email address noreply@avivawellbeing is added to your safe-senders list. This should prevent any likelihood of the reward email landing in the spam folder.
